I bring my pet to Japan ? |
| Yes. Roughly 50-60% of properties do accept pets, Although the arrangements vary
for each property most have restrictions on types, sizes, and numbers. Please contact us in advance if you want
to bring a pet. |

Is the "DEPOSIT" refundable
? How much is the deposit ? |
| Yes, the deposit is refundable. Although in general, it
is paid back to the lessee after deducting the cleaning fee, restoration fee (damage), unpaid rent, etc. |

What is "KEY MONEY" ? |
| Key Money is only traditionally paid in Japanese domestic rental
system (approx. rent ~JPY200,000), which will not be refunded at the termination of the rent agreement
- usually equivalent to 1-2 months of the rent. |

What is a "RENEWAL FEE" ? |
| A Renewal Fee is like paying another amount of Key Money to the landlord,
in addition to the lease agreement after the initial contract terminates. |
